Your email stays with me.
What this site collects, why, and what it never does. Updated Nov. 1, 2026.
What I collect
If you sign up for Tallahassee, in Plain English, your email address. Your ZIP code too, only if you choose to give it.
Why
To send the Sunday email. Your ZIP code lets me send what's happening on your side of town first.
What I never do
I never sell, rent or share your email or ZIP code. Signups are handled by Kit, an email service provider, that sends the email on my behalf.
Leaving
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. To have your information deleted, email builtfortlh@gmail.com.
Site analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other sites.
The Notebook page can show recent posts from my Facebook Page, but nothing loads from Facebook unless you tap "Show recent posts."
